  "text": "(1) In this Part of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“housing association” has the same meaning as in the Housing Associations Act 1985except that it does not include—\n(a). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(b)a development corporation (within the meaning of the New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968); or\n(c)a co-operative housing association within the meaning of the Housing Associations Act 1985.;\n“rental period” means a period in respect of which a payment of rent falls to be made.\n(2) Expressions used in this Part of this Act are also used in Part IV or V of this Act shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meaning in this Part as in those Parts.",
