  "text": "After Ground 5D (inserted by paragraph 15 of this Schedule) insert—\n“Ground 5E\nThe landlord seeking possession requires possession of the dwelling-house to let it as supported accommodation where—\n(a) the landlord holds the dwelling-house for the purpose of making it available for occupation as supported accommodation, and\n(b) the tenant did not enter the assured tenancy for the purpose of receiving care, support or supervision.”",
