In section 193A(4) (consequences of refusal of final accommodation offer or final Part 6 offer at the initial relief stage)—
(a)
in paragraph (a) omit “shorthold”;
(b)
at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”;
(c)
omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it.
