# Renters’ Rights Act 2025, Paragraph 13

(1) Section 13 (contents of improvement notices) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) after “hazard” (in each place) insert “or failure”,
(b) after “hazards” insert “or failures”, and
(c) in paragraph (b), after “exists” insert “or to which it relates”.
(3) In subsection (5), after “hazard” insert “or failure”.
