# Renters’ Rights Act 2025, Paragraph 18

Status: prospective

(1) Section 22 (contents of prohibition orders) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) after “hazard” (in each place) insert “or failure”,
(b) after “hazards” insert “or failures”, and
(c) in paragraph (b), after “exists” insert “or to which it relates”.
(3) In subsection (3)(b), after “hazards” insert “, or failure or failures,”.
