# Renters’ Rights Act 2025, Paragraph 23

(1) Section 30 (offence of failing to comply with improvement notice) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2), after “hazard” insert “or failure”.
(3) In subsection (3), omit “not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale”.
(4) In subsection (5), after “hazard” insert “or failure”.
