  "text": "In relation to an existing tenancy, paragraph (c) in case C where the “additional RSL condition” is met in Ground 6 in Schedule 2 to the 1988 Act is to be read as if for “before the tenancy was entered into” there were substituted “before the end of the period of one month beginning with the commencement date (within the meaning given by section 146 of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025)”.",
