In section 25 of the 1988 Act (security of tenure in relation to assured agricultural occupancies)—
(a) omit subsection (1);
(b) in subsection (2)—
(i) for “Part II” substitute “Part 1”;
(ii) for “Ground 16” substitute “Grounds 2ZA to 2ZD, 5A and 5C”.
