  "heading": "Guidance for scheme administrator and local housing authority",
  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may from time to time issue or approve guidance for local housing authorities and the administrators of landlord redress schemes about cooperation between such local housing authorities and persons exercising functions under the schemes.\n(2) A local housing authority must have regard to any guidance issued or approved under this section.\n(3) The Secretary of State must exercise the powers in section 65 for the purpose of ensuring that the administrator of a redress scheme has regard to any guidance issued or approved under this section.",
