  "heading": "Removal of entries from database",
  "text": "(1) The database operator must remove a landlord or dwelling entry from the database if it has been an inactive entry throughout a continuous period of 5 years.\n(2) The database operator must remove an entry made under section 83 at the end of the period of 10 years beginning with the day on which the entry is made.\n(3) But if, in the case of an entry made in respect of a relevant banning order, the ban imposed by the order continues after the end of the period mentioned in subsection (2), that subsection does not apply and the database operator must remove the entry when the ban ends.",
