  "text": "In this Act—\n(a) “standard contract” means—\n(i) a periodic standard contract under the 2016 Act;\n(ii) a fixed term standard contract under that Act,\nas to which, see section 8 of the 2016 Act;\n(b) “the 2016 Act” means the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 1).",
