  "text": "(1) A standard contract where—\n(a) the landlord is a higher education institution, and\n(b) the right to occupy is conferred for the purpose of enabling the contract-holder to attend a course of study at that institution, or at another higher education institution (whether or not the right to occupy is also conferred for another purpose).\n(2) “Higher education institution” means an institution in the higher education sector (within the meaning of section 91(5) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13)).",
