  "heading": "Transfer to another secure contract-holder",
  "text": "(1) The contract-holder under a secure contract under which the landlord is a community landlord may transfer the contract as described in this section, but only if the landlord consents.\n(2) The contract-holder may transfer the contract to a person who—\n(a) before the transfer is a contract-holder under a secure contract under which the landlord is a community landlord, and\n(b) immediately before the transfer will cease to be the contract-holder under the contract mentioned in paragraph (a).\n(3) This section is a fundamental provision which is incorporated as a term of all secure contracts under which the landlord is a community landlord.",
