# Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, Section 120: Overview of Part


This Part applies only to periodic standard contracts, and addresses—
(a) exclusion of the contract-holder from the dwelling for specified periods,
(b) variation of periodic standard contracts, and
(c) withdrawal of joint contract-holders.
