  "heading": "When terms of occupation contract become enforceable",
  "text": "(1) No term of an occupation contract is enforceable against the contract-holder before the earlier of—\n(a) the landlord giving the contract-holder a written statement of the contract under section 31(1), and\n(b) the occupation date.\n(2) If there is a change in the identity of the contract-holder under an occupation contract, no term of the occupation contract is enforceable against the new contract-holder before the earlier of—\n(a) the landlord giving the new contract-holder a written statement of the contract under section 31(2), and\n(b) the day on which the new contract-holder becomes entitled to occupy the dwelling.",
