  "text": "(1) This section applies on the death of the sole contract-holder under an occupation contract (subject to section 139(2), which concerns fixed term standard contracts containing certain provision about transfer on the death of a sole contract-holder).\n(2) If one person is qualified to succeed the contract-holder that person succeeds to the contract.\n(3) If more than one person is qualified to succeed the contract-holder, the person identified in accordance with section 78 succeeds to the contract.",
