  "text": "(1) For each reporting period, a qualifying company must publish a report containing—\n(a) the information set out in Schedule 1 in respect of its qualifying contracts; and\n(b) the information set out in Schedule 2 in respect of its qualifying construction contracts.\n(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1), to publish a report a qualifying company must publish it—\n(a) within the filing period, and\n(b) on the web-based service provided for the purposes of these Regulations by or on behalf of the Secretary of State.",
