# The Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017, Paragraph 1: Introduction


For the purposes of regulation 3(1)(b), the information for each reporting period that a qualifying company must publish in relation to qualifying construction contracts is set out in paragraphs 2 to 12.
