# The Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017, Paragraph 2: Information on retention clauses


A statement as to whether a qualifying company’s payment practices and policies in relation to qualifying construction contracts—
(a) include the use of retention clauses; or
(b) do not include the use of retention clauses.
