# The Representations Procedure (Children) (Wales) Regulations 2005, Regulation 14: Withdrawal of representations


(1) Representations may be withdrawn orally or in writing at any time by the complainant or by an advocate.
(2) The local authority must as soon as possible write to the complainant and any advocate to confirm the withdrawal of the representations.
