Regulation 19 Monitoring the operation of the representations procedure

Each local authority must monitor the arrangements that they have made with a view to ensuring that the local authority complies with these Regulations by keeping a record of each representation received, the outcome of each representation, and whether there was compliance with the time limits specified in regulations 15 and 18.
