  "text": "(1) There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by the Parliament of the United Kingdom—\n(a) any expenses incurred under or by virtue of this Act by any Minister . . . ;\n(b) any compensation payable under or by virtue of this Act by any Minister;\n(c) any increase attributable to this Act in any compensation payable by the Crown under any other Act; and\n(d) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) Any sum paid under this Act to any Minister shall be paid into the Exchequer of the United Kingdom.",
