  "text": "The conditions as to pensions and other grants in respect of death or disablement from service in the Home Guard under the Home Guard Act 1951 shall be such as may be prescribed—\n(a) by orders of Her Majesty signified under the hand of the Secretary of State, or\n(b) by regulations made by the Defence Council,\nand any such orders or regulations shall be laid before Parliament as soon as may be after they are made.",
