  "long_title": "This Order brings into force all of the provisions of the Reserve Forces Act 1996 except for section 121(2) (which came into force on the passing of the Act, namely 22nd May 1996) and Schedule 11 to the extent that it provides for the repeal of the provisions in the Reserve Forces Act 1980 listed in article 2(2) of this Order. Sections 48, 55, 130 to 138, 140, 151 and 156 to 158 of the 1980 Act are also not repealed by the coming into force of the 1996 Act as they are expressly excluded from repeal by Schedule 11.",
