Regulation 14 Amendment of provisions of the 1980 Act

After section 29 of the 1980 Act there shall be inserted—

“Application of provisions relating to recall

29A

The provisions of this Act relating to recall shall not apply to any person to whom section 66 of the Reserve Forces Act 1996 applies.”.
