  "heading": "Amendment of provisions of the 1980 Act",
  "text": "(1) Section 101(1) of the 1980 Act shall be amended as follows.\n(2) For the words “section 98 above” there shall be substituted “section 16(2)(a) of the Reserve Forces Act 1996”.\n(3) For the words “section 12(1) above” there shall be substituted “section 54 of the Reserve Forces Act 1996 authorising the call-out of members of the Territorial Army”.",
