# The Reserve Forces Act 1996 (Transitional, Consequential and Saving Provisions) Regulations 1997, Regulation 27: Amendment of provisions of the 1980 Act


In section 156(1) of the 1980 Act, in the definition of “prescribed”, for the words “this Act” there shall be substituted “the Reserve Forces Act 1996”.
