# The Reserve Forces Act 1996 (Transitional, Consequential and Saving Provisions) Regulations 1997, Regulation 8: Amendment of provisions of the 1980 Act


In section 21(3) of the 1980 Act after the words “Sections 9” in the first line there shall be inserted—
“(without the amendments made by paragraph 5 of Schedule 7 to the Reserve Forces Act 1996)”.
