  "heading": "Winding-up of associations.",
  "text": "(1) The Defence Council may make an order providing for the winding-up of an association.\n(2) An order under subsection (1)—\n(a) may make supplemental, incidental and transitional provision (including provision as respects the transfer of property, rights and liabilities and financial adjustments); and\n(b) shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
