  "text": "Men of the Royal Fleet Reserve who were transferred to that force from the Royal Marines or are enlisted in that force as marines shall—\n(a) when in permanent service; or\n(b) when undergoing training or performing other duties,\nbe liable to serve as marine warrant officers, non-commissioned officers and men and not as warrant officers, petty officers and ratings of the Royal Navy.",
