  "text": "In this Part—\n“authorised officer” means an officer authorised by or in accordance with directions of the Defence Council for the purposes of this Part;\n“call-out notice” means a notice under section 43;\n“employee agreement” has the meaning given in section 38;\n“ordinary member” means a member of a reserve force who—\n(i)is not a special member of that force; and\n(ii)is not a member of that force for the purpose only of becoming a special member.",
