  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThe Reservoirs Act 1975 (Supervising Engineers Panel) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1984, the Reservoirs Act 1975 (All Reservoirs Panel) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1985 and the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Non-Impounding and Service Reservoirs Panels) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1985 prescribed the fees which are to accompany applications by civil engineers to become members of the panels constituted for the purposes of the Reservoirs Act 1975. Those fees have been increased by the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 and the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988.\nThese regulations provide for those fees to be increased from £120 to £150 for the Supervising Engineers Panel and from £155 to £185 for all the other panels.",
