# Reservoirs Act 1975, Section 22C: Expenses

The undertaker must pay to the appropriate agency the amount of expenses reasonably incurred by the appropriate agency in connection with the consultation of an engineer under—
(a) section 8(3B),
(b) section 9(8),
(c) section 10(8), and
(d) section 14(5).
