  "heading": "Offence: failure to comply with notice under section 65(2)",
  "text": "(1) Failure to comply with the requirements of a notice by SEPA under the following sections is an offence—\n(a) section 65(2)(a) (requirement to appoint construction engineer, inspecting engineer or supervising engineer),\n(b) section 65(2)(b) (notice of appointment to SEPA).\n(2) A reservoir manager guilty of an offence under subsection (1)(a) or (b) is liable—\n(a) on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or to a fine, or to both,\n(b) on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both.",
