Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Residential Care Homes (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st October 1992.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Residential Care Homes Regulations 1984f1.
