  "text": "In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations (fees on application for registration)—\n(a) in paragraph (1) the words “Subject to paragraph (2) of this regulation,” shall be omitted;\n(b) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£210” there shall be substituted “£230”;\n(c) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£770” there shall be substituted “£840”;\n(d) paragraph (2) shall be revoked.",
