# The Residential Care Homes (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 3 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations (fees on application for registration)—
(a) in paragraph (1) the words “Subject to paragraph (2) of this regulation,” shall be omitted;
(b) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£210” there shall be substituted “£230”;
(c) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£770” there shall be substituted “£840”;
(d) paragraph (2) shall be revoked.
