# The Restorative Justice (Prescribed Persons) (Scotland) Order 2021, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 24th February 2021
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
