Rule 2(2) shall be amended as follows:—

(a)

after the definition of “the Act” there shall be added the following definition:—“

  • ““the Act of 1980” means the Competition Act 1980 ”;

(b)

for “expressions used in these Rules which are used in the Act have the same meaning in these Rules as in the Act.” shall be substituted “expressions used in these Rules which are used in the Act or the Act of 1980 have the same meaning in these Rules as in the Act or the Act of 1980.”.
