# The Restrictive Practices Court (Resale Prices) Rules 1976, Article 10


Subject to rule 11, the applicant shall serve a copy of the application on the Director and on every supplier, retailer and trade association entitled to take part in the proceedings by virtue of directions given under rule 9(a); and the Director and every supplier, retailer and trade association on whom a copy of the application is served shall be a respondent to the application.
