Article 16

On the hearing of the application for directions mentioned in rule 22 of the principal Rules or at any time thereafter, the Court may, either on the application of any party or of its own motion, give such directions as it thinks fit as to the formulation by the parties of the issues of fact and law which fall to be determined by the Court at the final hearing.
