Article 20

A notice under rule 19 shall be accompanied by a copy of the intended application and be supported by evidence on affidavit of the material change in the relevant circumstances on which the applicant relies.

Unless the Court otherwise directs, a copy of the notice and of every affidavit shall be served on every party who appeared on the hearing of the previous proceedings not less than six weeks before the date fixed by the Court for the hearing of the application for leave.

Every person on whom notice of the application for leave is served shall be entitled to be heard on that application.
