# The Restrictive Practices Court (Resale Prices) Rules 1976, Article 23


Where the Court makes an order for the payment of costs by the Director under the powers conferred on it by section 21(4) of the Act, the provisions of rule 22(3) and (4) shall apply with the necessary modifications.
