# The Restrictive Practices Court (Resale Prices) Rules 1976, Article 24


Rules 59 to 70 of the principal Rules shall apply with the necessary modifications to proceedings under Part II of the Act as they apply to proceedings instituted by a notice of reference under the principal Rules.
