Article 5

If leave is granted, the applicant shall, not later than 14 days thereafter, cause to be published in the London Gazette, the Edinburgh Gazette and the Belfast Gazette, and in at least one daily newspaper circulating throughout the United Kingdom, a notice of the application, which shall include a statement setting out the effect of rule 6.
