Made 10th November 1976
Laid before Parliament 22nd November 1976
Coming into Operation 15th December 1976
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9(1) and (2) of the Restrictive Practices Court Act 1976 and section 21(1) and (2) of the Resale Prices Act 1976, hereby makes the following Rules:—
