# The Restrictive Practices Court Rules 1976, Article 10


The Director, any respondent, and any person or association represented by a representative respondent, may apply to the Court for the transfer of the proceedings to another part of the United Kingdom named in the application; and on the hearing of the application the Court may order that all further proceedings shall take place in the part of the United Kingdom named in the order.
