# The Restrictive Practices Court Rules 1976, Article 31


An application may be made by the Director under rules 28 to 30 against any person or association represented by a representative respondent as if that person or association were a respondent to the proceedings and had delivered a statement of his case at or within such time as the representative respondent did or might have done so.
