Article 61

Every order of the Court may be enforced in the same way as an order of the High Court, the Court of Session or the High Court in Northern Ireland is enforceable in England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively, and the practice of those Courts in regard to the enforcement of their orders shall apply to the enforcement of orders of the Court.
