# The Restrictive Practices Court Rules 1976, Article 64


The Court may on the application of the Director, which may be made ex parte, give leave for the service of a notice of reference outside the United Kingdom and may in that event give directions as to the mode of service and as to the extension of the time within which the respondent may enter an appearance and deliver a statement of his case.
